I have bought a dozen swimsuits from Proswimwear UK over the years. They have always refunded my returns. They always post in good time. I really cannot believe the negative reviews on here. I have a small list of companies that I trust to buy my swimwear, you can count then on one hand. Proswimwear is on this limited list. I have given negative feedback where I felt I was treated badly, and in balance I like to give good feedback where it is deserved. I'm a satisfied customer so psw gets a thumbs up from me.

Very bad company, royal mail deliverer return parcel..over 6 wks ago. have a time delivered, they refuse to acknowledge they have it. Lady on phone is useless, doesnt send emails when asked to..No refund given, just theft!

Don’t order for them scam !!! Paid for and ordered two costumes over a month ago still haven’t heard a word or received anything think this is a scam ! Don’t order from them !

AVOID! Order a race suit at the end of November which didn't not arrive. Royal Mail tracking was not updating and item was clearly lost in the system. Ticket system customer service failed to get a response. Had to make at least 5 calls to customer service who kept telling me that they couldn't do anything in terms of a refund or replacement until Royal Mail declared the item as lost. Despite having my money for over a month I never received the item. Had to claim a refund via my credit card company as lost faith that Proswimwear would ever refund or send a suit. Avoid at all costs if you want a hassle free shopping experience.

Ordered two race suits at a cost of £360 which turned out to be too small so ordered another larger size which was kept. Returned original two for a refund and proof tracked delivered on 1st Dec, still waiting on a refund on 17th Dec! Have used the ticket system 3 times to enquire about delay and not had any response, did received a automated reply saying we’ve received your returns on 14th Dec and refunds processed within 14 days - so up to 28 days to refund ?? It’s ridiculous and really poor customer service that can’t be bothered to reply to their own ticket system!

I will not purchase from Proswimwear ever again. I ordered a pair of swim goggles. Took 23 days to arrive. I emailed them approx 5 times to ask where my goggles were/or how I could track them. I got 2 responses that did not assist in fact one said the matter had been resolved. I requested a refund and they blamed COVID for the hold up. In the end after 10 days I ordered from another company and their goggles got to me before the ones from Proswimwear. Eventually the goggles arrived. Ill keep them as spares because Im not confident that if return them for a refund Ill actually get it. I give them 2 out of 5 stars because in the end the goggles arrived and that's the only reason why. Their customer service is disgracefull.

I am very disappointed with the way Proswimwear is handling my refund, they deducted my debit card 3 times for the same purchase of a swimsuit. I wrote to them pointing out this and they responded acknowledging the error and promised to refund me within 3-5working days, this was on 25 October but upto now nothing has come through. I have written several emails but no one responds to my email. I have also sent a message on their Facebook page but no response again. I am very disappointed to learn from other reviews that this is actually a habit of theirs not to action client’s issues. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

Ordered the Arena Bishamon womens one piece US team...and received the UK. Returns policy very onerous for the buyer when it really shouldn't be...as it is no fault of mine. And buying from South Africa having to convert Rands to Pounds and now have to pay to return it!! One bloody expensive costume....and the wrong one.

Do not ever waste your money on these scam artists! I paid over R2000 online for 2 swimming bags in 25 February. I received no notification of my order being dispatched and no tracking information. Apparently the order was sent with Royal Mail and never arrived in S Africa. Pro swimwear refuses to take any responsibility or accountability. They cannot supply me with any proof that the order was even dispatched. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS ST ALL COSTS!

***ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!*** I soooo wish I'd done my research on these charlatans before ordering my item. Paid extra for next day delivery. Package arrived with wrong item in. Countless phonecalls (no-one picks up) & emails (no-one replies) later & I'm still out of pocket. I've very little money so am disgusted they treat their faithful customers with so much utter disdain. They should be ashamed of themselves as they are clearly a scam outfit and/or truly inept and uncaring.

Terrible service. Avoid at all cost if you are in the EU. They CLEARLY state on their website that if you buy from one of their local shops (.de / .dk / .nl), they will ship it from within the EU. This is just NOT true. They shipped my item from the UK and I had to pay customs fees, which I refused. The item was sent back and they promised me they had fixed the issue and that I could just go ahead and order again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and of course, the same thing happened again. That is the definition of false advertising. I have made it very clear to them that they should remove the banner from their website or fix the shipping issue. I can see the banner is still there, but I am not about to try a third time. Just avoid them. I am 26 days into waiting for a refund on my second order. They say it's not delivered back to them. DHL says that it is.. I am so done with this company. Worst service ever.

Terrible company. Sent two wetsuits back because sizing chart not right. Waiting for refund to be told one item damaged and nothing about the other item. Tried wetsuit on one using protected gloves provided sent back with no damage. Dont purchases items from this company

Almost two months since ordering and paying for an item and still not received. Seems their shipping methods are very unreliable and every time you try follow up with them you only get autom mated response's from them

I ordered a bad 3 months ago. I still have not received the bag or a refund . I was told they need to receive the bag and then they will refund I assume I'm not getting either bag or refund . Very very disappointed

Ordered items 2 months ago and have not received anything. They started tracking the items a month ago but still have not heard anything. I assume I will not be receiving these items and have initiated a request for refund. Have not received a response to my request for a refund. Based on the reviews below I also assume that I will be waiting for a long time for the refund. Will keep you posted

Do not buy from them! Like countless other buyers, this company deliberately withhold refunds on valid returns. After returning two race suits due to sizing issues, and the having confirmed the return via tracking, Proswimwear is still claiming non-receipt of the items after 4 months. Multiple emails sent, yet no replies to the queries. Absolutely no attempt to track the returns within their own network. There are countless reviews of similar customer experience which makes me wonder if this is a systemic scam, refunds refused (blaming non-delivery or customer damage) and items are resold.. They should be reported to CMA.

ProSwimwear was very quick with sending of the item, but it is a month later and still have not received it in South Africa. I think the problem is probably with our SA postal service...if they use them (they don't show what they use on the SA side) but then they should get an alternative cheaper way of shipping overseas or just say they cant do. The item cost R638 for the googles, the shipment option I choose was R255 (said 14 working days) I can not pay over R1000 for DHL (almost double the item price) If I knew it will take this long I would have rather wait and organize it with a friend that is flying. The problem is that there is no way of tracking what is where. I made contact twice and then they send me the reference number that anyway just show it is in transit for the last month. Something I do anyway. I would at least except them to follow up with their link/courier. Not just keep on sending me to the website I go to anyway.

Are refusing to provide a refund on a swimming costume when I followed the exact instructions. They say they haven’t received the costume back in the UK when anticipating this, I have a proof of posting from the postal service.
