“Ordered some boys swimming jammers in May 2023, although over a couple months these have not meet the standard required . Pro swimwear have supported me in getting a refund from the supplier . Quick and excellent customers services I will use again and have opted for store credit as I will purchase again”

“I have had a problem purchasing a Blue 70 Wetsuit. Paige was excellent at responding to my emails by return. She was most helpful in eventually getting around the problem I had and finally managing to obtaining one. I could recommend there customer service any day of the week.”

When I needed assistance with an order, their customer service team responded promptly and offered a solution that greatly satisfied me: they agreed to return my refund as store credit to my ProSwimwear account, which allowed me to conveniently and quickly purchase the product I desired.
