“Very reasonable price and I can say that it's the cheapest around. With the discount, I boarded the 120 hours TEFL course and still feel excited doing it now. I cannot wait for my next adventure teaching English in China after I completed the course.”

“Premier TEFL is customer-friendly; the service is efficient and fast respond. The price was reasonable compared to the market. Refund is was there, also the encouragement to explore how they can maintain customer satisfaction; support you to remain on course without giving up. The teacher is available to help with learning. The course is enjoyable; so you don't feel isolated there is audio; video; and small chunks learning. quiz is module related so it helps to repeat and process the learning.”

“I felt the Tefl course itself was of very good quality, I am unable to fault it, and the qualification which I gained from this will be of high benefit to my future teaching roles. I also did the 30 hour teaching learners online course, which was very good. Unfortunately, I was not at all satisfied with my internship experience. I feel that the host families I was placed with did not take the tuition at all seriously, which led to me being moved from the first family I was placed with, and onto to a second one. My programme manager was very supportive, and did the very best that they could to try to resolve any issues. Unfortunately, with the second family, I was subjected to very difficult and defiant behaviour from the children, which made it extremely difficult to complete any work that needed to be done. As a direct result of that, I was effectively 'blamed' by the family, and asked to leave, for being an 'insufficient' tutor, which I felt was not completely fair given the circumstances. I don't actually believe this to be the fault of the company themselves, as it is difficult to know what can happen behind closed doors. I really think that if people are signing up to a programme that brings participants into their home to deliver effective teaching, then the families should take it far more seriously, and not waste a participants time. The person who I was meant to teach in the first family decided after I had arrived, once I had travelled thousands of miles from my home country, and paid out the airfare, that they were not having any tuition after all. People really should not bother signing up for a language learning programme if they are not going to take the teaching from the participants seriously. Due to issues such as this, I believe that as well as the participant, families should be vetted more thoroughly, before placing to ensure that a programme is taken seriously.”

“I began my courses on Premier TEFL in late summer. I believe the pricing is great for the quality of the courses. I appreciate the clear examples and video illustrations that further the TEFL student's understanding of the material presented. Since I am a visual learner this is a helpful feature. I also appreciate being able to set my own pace, however, I would like to have pacing reminders. I know I have to finish all of my courses in 6 months but I'm pretty sure I'm behind that schedule. I may only need to inquire, though. I haven't done that.”

“I am in the process of filing a formal complaint against this company with the governing accreditation bodies. One of two things is going on (I don't have enough info to know so the powers that be will sort it out): Either the tests are designed to be so vague that you fail repeatedly and are then forced to pay for further retakes to get your official certification - or the assessor I had is entirely bonkers and demanding things that the actual testing requirements and test verbiage do not specify as necessary (and that no reasonable person would assume are necessary to answer the question correctly such as 2-3-4 examples of things, justifications for each thing, word by word transcripts of what a situation would entail, etc - all of which blows the maximum word count permissible out the door). I think it's ridiculous that in order to move past the halfway point of the program, you are REQUIRED to leave a review for them. Seriously, there is no way a person can evaluate the program and know if they were adequately prepared to teach until AFTER they've completed the course, been hired somewhere and put these teachings to use.”
