“Customer service is amazing. My personal advisor went out of her way to help me many times throughout the course. I am very happy with the quick response and guidance I received every time I had a need. The only thing I did not find helpful was some of the videos inside the course that just outlined the information that was already written on the page for me to read. I didn't think it was necessary and it didn't help me. I do wish the course went into more detail in some areas, I did not feel adequately prepared for some aspects of teaching upon finishing the course. But I did enjoy the course and I do recomendad it to people who are seeking the TEFL degree. It has definitely helped me gain employment teaching English which I have been doing for over a year now thanks to Premier TEFL. Thank you!”

“I'm currently doing the 30-hour course for online teaching and I never thought it would be this good. They have tasks you can do in every module, plenty of resources I've never even heard of to make your teaching job fun and easy and tests after each module have helped me consolidate that knowledge. This is my first TEFL course and I thank premiertefl for making me want to do a proper TEFL course soon :)”

“I've really enjoyed learning about English language education through this program. I think I may have started the program at an odd moment of the year as it has been a bit harder to get responses from my tutor but I chalk that up to the holidays. The modules have a kink or two that need ironing out but I found this is mostly with the longer ones that have the most information in them. Overall I would call this a really good educational value for the money.”

“I just finished the 120 hour course and enjoyed it. It was a bit of a challenge only from the perspective that as an American some of the terms for grammar, etc. are different that what we use but it didn't take long to figure it out! I enjoyed the course so much I've already signed up for the online teaching course, the IELTS course, Business English and TOEIC courses as well!!! I'm interested in working with adults online so I feel Premier will be very helpful as I pursue this. Thanks Premier and Happy New Year!!!”

“Overall as I have just begun the process it seems great. The only downfall I am having is with the tech. Could be I use an iPad as I’m working on the road 95%of the time. Apps from phone to iPad don’t sync and web browser format freezes every time and sync, well; sometimes. Beyond little minor’s such as that it seems amazing and I am only more stoked with each passing lesson. I hope that doesn’t change. Great freedom for someone who really needs to do at their own pace due to current commitments. Thumbs up!”
