“Great until you need to pursue the Ofqual certificate, which I feel there isn't enough communication provided on the rather lengthy process it is to acquire it and the fact you will be asked to resubmit two or three times due the questions not being clear enough for TEFL newbies. Luckily I started the process far in advance of when I needed it (12 months'!).”

“I do not believe that all the information taught through this course is relevant to practical teaching of English as a Foreign Language. It is a long and thorough course, and it is hard to keep focussed when you do not believe that what you're learning will help you teach English to new learners. But apart from this one little complaint, I think that the overall course is great.”

“Positives: 1) Always very polite, cheerful, helpful and friendly over the phone. 2) I really enjoyed my placement in Thailand - the agency they put me with were good overall and I trusted them. 3) They were apologetic when something went wrong on their end so I had to re-do my tests. Negatives 1) I had to re-do my tests but because something went wrong. However, this was not until I had returned from Thailand - so I thought I was fully qualified to teach but I was not. 2) On the form which I was sent to re-do my tests on, the person had forgotten to put word counts on for the answers. I then failed again because I did not stick to the word counts so had to do it once more. Very frustrating but not the end of the world.”

“I cannot say enough about how amazing the online course was in Premier TEFL. I was able to study at my own pace, which really helped a lot. The modules were easy to go through as they were knowledgeable and informative in regards to teaching skills, which in turn were complemented by the teaching videos accompanied with each module. I would definitely recommend Premier TEFL if you want to be a competitive ESL teacher.”
