“I am particularly pleased and impressed by the support I received from Ameerah Goggin on your direct phone-in for assistance function. Every time I have phoned in, not only has she been courteous, helpful and knowledgable with respect to whatever issues I was having, but recently helped me sort out a problem I was having booking an additional course and making a payment on-line. On the basis of the quality of the Premier TEFL courses themselves and of the back-up support provided, I would be happy to recommend Premier TEFL to anyone looking to acquire TEFL teaching certificate qualifications via an on-line service provider.”

“For what the service is, it is very good. The learning materials had typos and some of the chapter quizzes had incorrect/correct answer marked incorrect, so it was a little frustrating sometimes. I don’t think most people will care.”
