“As usual, the items were at the bottom of the box with all the 2protective" packaging on top. This is poor, so the item boxes were mis-shapen, but the items were (hopefully) undamaged.”

“Delivery time was exceptional, issue with my first order where one of the customer service team didn’t read my email correctly which ended up with my entire order canceled. Instead of rectifying it just a “sorry I didn’t read the email in full”. Not good enough.”

“I only ordered 1Ltr of Liqui-Moly 10w-60 4T for a top-up, but received Motul 7100 10w-60 4T. AS it was only 1 Ltr, it's not a major problem but still disappointing 😟”

Thanks for the review. I can see the order was placed for 1L of Motul 7100 4T 10w-60. We don't sell the Liqui Moly 10w-60 4T. You are more than welcome to return it to us for a full refund if not required.

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the missing items. Due to the sheer number of orders we ship, the occasional mistake can happen. I can see once aware our customer service team dispatched the missing filters on a next day service.

“I always use Opie Oils for my oils. I was little disappointed that they don’t ever seem to have the Motul 300v in a 5 litre can….. only ever keep the 2 litres in…. I wonder if this is a business strategy, sell more 2 litres than the 5 litre cans. The delivery time was appalling, but that’s not Opie oils fault, Fed ex need to do better.”

Hi, Unfortunately, the 5L can issue is down to the UK supply of Motul. We'd have it if we could, but we keep running out as it's more popular than the 2L and they don't ship enough over. Sorry about the delay with Fedex, they are normally very good and you can see plenty of reviews on here about the quick delivery, but then there are ones that go wrong and others where they just have a rubbish driver, same as any courier. Overall, Fedex are the best of the couriers that we have used and as I've been here 17 years, that's quite a few courier companies. Regards Tim

We do offer faster delivery options, however these were not selected and so the order left us on the standard FedEx delivery service. “After the shocking behaviour last year: I decided to "compare the market". Opie, as ever, have the range of oils I need - even if at a margin more than the competition. Service is better than Amazon Prime - as we have come to expect”
