Approx 200ml of oil had leaked out during transportation and delivey, delivery refunded but I'm still short of fluid for the oil change had to order a supplementary 1l from Amazon

Hello, thank you for your feedback. At the time of you contacting us you had stated you had lost approximentaly 50ml. As we do not have any items small enough to cover that loss, we had instead refunded your shipping as our way of apologising for the inconvenience. Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your order. We have a customer service team you can contact to get issues like this resolved. I have had a look into this for you and I'm afraid the courier was unable to deliver because you do not have a house name or number on your order. Unfortunately, without this, the courier is unable to locate your address. If you get back to us with the full address, we should be able to get this delivered as soon as possible for you. Not directly the fault of Opie but of their supplier who delivers the item. Item was supposed to arrive on the 30th of December but then didn't arrive until the 6th of January. FedEx stated "delayed". When they "delivered" it, they chose a random address some 2 miles from the location clearly named on the postage label. Luckily the people who received it were honest and contacted up from the label and we collected the item from them. Overall, shambolic

Stated items in stock email recieved saying 2 day delivery time to Northern Ireland. Got an email saying items dispatched only then to receive a 2nd email the following day saying half the items where out of stock. Needed the items to get my car running that weekend. 8 days later and items still not delivered.

The currier left message to say unable to deliver. Failed to deliver to the correct address. Called courier company who said they would re deliver that afternoon and didn’t. Had to go to depot to collect parcel. Having paid £7 for delivery and having to collect, this isn’t good enough.

Normally very good as I deal in person usually. Because they no longer do a bit of discount if you collect in person I decided I'd have everything posted this time seeing as I'd be paying for it anyway. Package arrived heavily damaged, the bottom was completely open. Completely unacceptable. I'd ordered approximately 25l of different oils so it would have been prudent to use two boxes rather than one big one that fell apart.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear about this damaged delivery. I can see that you had ordered 21ltrs of oil, of varied sizes between 1ltr, 4ltr and 5ltrs bottles. The boxes we use to ship out orders are able to hold up to 25kg~ in one parcel. Sadly this is the fault of the courier and not ours. We appreciate that we shipped out the package, however the lack of due care & poor handling resulted in the damaged parcel. I have taken another look into the images again and I can confirm that the order was not damaged, but instead received only minor issues with the top of the handle being pressed in during transportation. We can understand your disappointment, however the rating given we feel does not reflect our service we have provided accurately and that the actual issue is with the courier. Slow to despatch - took something like 3 working days and only just arrived in time for the customer job I was doing. Would expect same or next day despatch from a supplier like this.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Looking into your order, it was ordered over the weekend when we were closed and the shipping service selected was the free standard UK shipping with FedEx. We do offer the choice of priority dispatch, this was not selected. The order was then dispatched and delivered on time as shown during checkout and once the order was placed via the order confirmation email. Although we appreciate and welcome all feedback, we feel that this rating is unfair as we have worked within the given timeframe. Nevertheless, we appreciate your time and your feedback. I have used OPIE oils in the past for business use and have always had great service. However this score does not necessarily reflect there service but more the postage section I paid for 24hour postage and received it almost 3 days later as this was an additional 1 litre bottle to carry out a customers service it cost me the full job to keep my customer happy. Lesson learnt

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for this situation. Sadly this order was delayed due to an error from the postal service. The parcel was due to be flown by air to the local sorting facility however there was an issue with the transport operation and so the parcel had to be changed to be moved via road which is far slower than the original method of air transportation. This delay was unforeseen and not of usual circumstance for the postal service. We apologise on their behalf for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Sam

The order was very slow to arrive and ml were actually doing it cheaper but I ordered of opie thinking it would get here quicker

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the delay. Due to your overseas location there is a higher chance of delays. It looks like it was held in a depot for 48 hours before being released overseas. Once again we apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for the delay here.

Your procing is good and delivery was very quick which I appreciate but when I received the oil the plastic seal had been cracked on the lid and the metal seal underneath pushed in. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to raise the issue as the car needed to be recommissioned for the next day, so I took a gamble and used it. I’m sure it’s fine but I would have appreciated a sealed bottle so I didn’t have to think about it.
