Easy enough to buy from you but FedEx has let you down. My delivery has been delayed 3 times this week and I still have not got my goods. Delivery was scheduled for Monday, I'm now told Thursday but expecting this to be changed yet again.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. After looking into the order, the address was missing the house number. Once FedEx were advised on where to deliver the parcel there would have been a delay with the delivery for a new label to be generated. I can see that the package has since been delivered. The wiper blade is not for Jaguar XF I waste my money and time. This seller cannot be trusted I will advise not to buy from them again

Word to the wise, avoid this company. Order placed, never showed up, followed up with Opie, did not apologise or offer discount. I suggest buying from Amazon, it'll probably be cheaper and actually arrive.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I would like firstly apologise for this situation. Looking into this situation I must disagree with your statement of our lack of apologies. Both myself, Sam and my colleague Harry had been in communication with yourself about the issues you had been experiening with FedEx. Harry and I have apologised perfusely for the delays and delivery exceptions. We have been not only very apologetic but also accomodating for the change of directions from you, whether that was from redelivery requests to then cancelling the order and needing it returned for a refund. It has not gone unnotticed that FedEx have and continue to cause delays with this order and they will be contacted about this poor service they have given you. They have really dropped the ball with this shipment and again we cannot apologise enough for this. We feel that the negative review does not accurately portray our part in the situation and our efforts made to resolve the problem is more relative towards FedEx. Hello James, thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look into this and at the time of the order you were warned throughout the checkout that the item was out of stock with no current dispatch estimate. We had then contacted you to update you on the restocking estimate. Once the stock arrived, within the given dates, your order was dispatched and delivered the next working day. We had initiated the communication and spoken with you throughout the process. We had also fulfilled our promise to get this delivered ontime. You use FedEx as your courier. Your website says I can collect from a local locker organised by collect+ as there are many lockers near me as the FedEx depot is 30 miles away. I purchased 7 litres of oil and got an email from FedEx saying we will deliver. When I tried to redirect the package to my local locker FedEx says 'No you must collect from the depot' 30 miles likes away...60 mile around trip!! I called your office and relayed my problem and as I will be at work on the day of delivery I can't take the package... Your guy said he would use Royal Mail for delivery... The RM office is 2 miles from me. Next morning as I was getting ready to go to work I get an email from FedEx saying 'your package is out for delivery'...FFS! I called your office again to 'voice my concern'. Your guy said 'Opie will cancel the delivery with FedEx and will send another 7l of oil once FedEx return the first delivery to Opie'... I'm going in holiday in my camper in 4 days I can't pi$$ about waiting for you. As I left for work the FedEx van arrived...20 seconds later and I would need to buy the oil locally because your company seems incapable of remedying a simple problem brought about by false information given on your website... My cat could have done better than it Opie.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for this situation. Unfortunately there is some missunderstanding, when you had originally enquired about changing the delivery method to Royal Mail the parcel had already left us by the time your request was made. Regarding the issues with FedEx, they are a sperate entity to us and therefore we can only manage their services to a certain degree. It is very unfortunate that there is no FedEx drop off points in your area, that, sadly is out of our control. With there being no safe place at your property and no local drop off points to choose from we are limited on what we can do to assist. The offer to cancel the order was in regards if the FedEx parcel was returned and then we can then resend the order with Royal Mail. However as the parcel was delivered successful this was not needed. We had done what we could with the time and options given to us. We are sorry that you feel that way toward the service we have provided and the assistance we have tried to provide you with. Nevertheless, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Regards, Sam

I have been a customer with Opie for a long time and have always been satisfyed with the price of the goods. They have always been lower than other competitors. If you rang up with larger orders the phone sales could often add other discounts at their discression. The helpful gentleman on the phone told me that has all been stopped. Also the base prices are not always as cheap as other compritors. They have put profit over service. Now Opie have a client base they have put the prices up considerably. I will be shopping around.

Hi, Due to the way Google works, we were missing a lot of sales as the prices shown were higher than others, but there was then a discount code to take off a percentage, which would have made us the cheaper option. What we have done is remove the discount codes, but then discounted the prices on the site. In many cases, customers have phoned or emailed to ask for a discount, but when they look at the total price, the order was slightly cheaper than it was last year. Yes, some things are more expensive, but that is due to price increases from suppliers, rather than us removing discount codes. We have the Pricebeater on each page of the website, so if you have seen it cheaper, we will do what we can to beat it. Being honest, we've received no more pricebeaters from customers since the discount codes ended. Regards Tim

Good experience in the past, however, with this occasion, I'm very disappointed because I had to reschedule the car service appointment because the product never arrived...ordered on the 7th, still not received it yet (13th), FedEx the carrier couldn't fix the issue yet..so overall not happy with my last experience...my order still missing.

Easy ordering procedure and competitive price but for something so potentially dangerous and the danger it could cause the packaging was ridiculous.Five 1 litre bottles of oil and a aerosol in a flimsy cardboard box and minimal taping resulted in me receiving a damaged delivery because it inevitably spit open.

I purchased oil and when I went to use it I found that in fact they had shipped me someone else’s order. So ended up having to purchase oil locally instead. And they wouldn’t refund me until they had collected and received back the wrong order they sent me.

I left instructions for the parcel to be put in my yard. Of course it wasn't put in my yard . Of course I was left with my paper saying it s at the neighbor s .so where is my parcel I still gave £80!!! Neighbors are not deliveres to guarantee safe receipt of products. And the neighbors name is not Zarni anyway, as the notice says. So...????

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for this situation. Unfortunately the courier has failed to follow the delivery instructions as provided. In cases where the courier cannot gain access to the area that the leave safe was requested they will try and the nearest/ safest delivery location & neighbour. In this case that was your neighbour at No.29. Although we use FedEx as the courier we feel that the rating you have left us isn't particularly fair given how we as an individual have performed. Bought litres of hydraulic oil several weeks ago but have never received it. Fed ex have it on hold after trying to deliver twice (clearly to the wrong address). Why does someone not call me when they cannot locate the house?

The parcel was packed in a very soft cardboard box and was very poorly secured and unglued. I am writing this because I once bought from this company and they packed it solidly and in good quality packaging. Fedex, the company that sent the parcel, did not fulfill the contract and did not deliver the parcel on time, without providing any information or apologizing to me for the situation.

My delivery is missing 5 ltrs of specialist oil which was very expensive and I am currently very disappointed. I hope this gets resolved quickly.

Took days to dispatch and I paid for next day delivery but it took 2 days. Very unhappy as this has happend before with you so i wont be using you next time.

Thanks for the review. I can see Royal Mail 24 was selected at checkout. This is a 1-2 day service as shown at the selection stage. We do offer Fedex Priority which is next day, however this is slightly more expensive.

Thanks for the review. I can see your order was delivered next day. As no-one was in the driver delivered to your neighbour. Looking back through the emails, we were only stating that Fedex would not go and pick up the parcel from your neighbour as it is in their contract. We apologise for any inconvenience.
