“your service was as usual really good, my problem is with the courier , alerted to delivery next day but did not show, had txt to say they tried to deliver . no card left but went on site to find out they were delivering Monday which they did. What I object to is saying they tried to deliver when they did not, I know this because I live up a private drive with a camera system that records all coming and goings at my gates. So to recap, your service is great, your couriers is not!.”
