“Great customer service, great selection of product, great package additoins like card funnel, cloth glove and a nice smelling air freshner but painfully slow delivery turnaround let the experience down”

“I rested a specific engine oil for my car but was sent an incorrect specification oil. The mistake was promptly resolved the next day. The engine oil filter advertised on your website as the replacement filter did not fit so was incorrectly advertised. The problems were resolved promptly but possibly more training is required for the dispatch team and the website needs to be reviewed.”

“An excellent company to deal with. I buy my Amsoil oil from here for my bike as it is one of the few companies in the UK that sells this brand. The oil and filter kit is fairly expensive but as they say, you get what you pay for. I also get my transmission and gearbox oil from this company, I use Redline oil, another not too common oil in the UK but available from Opie Oils. Delivery is always very quick (obviously depending if the oil is in stock). All in all I am very happy to use this supplier and have no hesitation recommending them.”
