“No problem with the items but surprised they couldn't alter the address even though the goods were still at the warehouse. However the order arrived ok despite a missing line. Thank God they don't use Parcelforce!”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Looking at the tracking the parcel was dispatched on time & FedEx tried to deliver on Tuesday after the bank holiday Monday however no one was available. The parcel was then delivered the next day successfully. This delivery was within the given delivery estimates shown on the order confirmation. Nevertheless we apologise for any inconvenience caused. “A one-stop shop for the correct oil (and filters) for my cars, motorcycles and garden machinery. Very fast delivery as dispatched on the Friday before the Bank Holiday and received on the following Tuesday. Happy customer!”

The plastic air sacks are designed to reduce any damages to the goods, similar to air bags in vehicles, these will pop and burst but will prevent damages to the goods inside.
