“The parcel was packed in a very soft cardboard box and was very poorly secured and unglued. I am writing this because I once bought from this company and they packed it solidly and in good quality packaging. Fedex, the company that sent the parcel, did not fulfill the contract and did not deliver the parcel on time, without providing any information or apologizing to me for the situation.”
