“Opie Oils are my go to store to get my engine oil as their prices are very good and they have a good choice. The only fly in the ointment is the delivery cost which is a bit on the steep side. Maybe you could consider using a cheaper courier?”

“The order I made was booked and dispatched as requested, I have recieved the parcel, well packaged and items protected. I was disappointed when i caontacted OPIE to ask them to pre oreder items out of stock, I never had a response , disappointing.”

I have taken another look into the images again and I can confirm that the order was not damaged, but instead received only minor issues with the top of the handle being pressed in during transportation. We can understand your disappointment, however the rating given we feel does not reflect our service we have provided accurately and that the actual issue is with the courier.
