“Next day Fedex delivery - of the incorrect oil! Vehicle off road whilst replacement delivered over the weekend. Took 6 days from order placement. Paid extra for next day delivery charge which was refunded. Still awaiting collection of incorrect item. Cannot rate 'Speed of Delivery' below - system insists it is 'As Expected' which it was not!”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the picking error, we are all human and unfortunately mistakes do happen. I can see as soon as we were made aware of the issue the order was resent and a refund processed on the next day shipping. I have asked our customer service team to reach out in regard to the collection and to offer some compensation for the inconvenience.

“Sceptical at first, with ordering online for car/bike products. However was signposted to Opie Oil’s via a friend recommendation! Surely not disappointed, easy user friendly website and customer service updates for delivery was proficient throughout the sale until items were delivered. Hence already ordered to give repeat business!! 👏🏽 👏🏽 ✊🏽”

“Opie were absolutely perfect except their chosen delivery company (Fedex) delivered it to a neighbour but didn't say which one (They gave me a signature they received from the neighbour which of course was illegible) - why did they not just give me house number where the parcel was left?”

“Can't fault Opie Oils for quality and prices and I would love to give them 5 stars. Unfortunately, they are being penalised for there poor choice of delivery partner: FedEx who are abysmal and make even Evri look professional by comparison.”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the delay with Fedex. Unfortunately every courier will some issues. We have used multiple and in our experience Fedex are one of the better ones. I am very sorry that on this occasion we have both been let down by them.
