“I've used opie oils on several occasions and prices are very reasonable quality goods. Recently received my order with 1 part wrong which I don't understand as you type your registration in. I contacted yourselves to make aware All I got was a link for the correct part and told to send the other one back. I didn't think this was a good service to resolve the mistake”

“A decent size order placed and dispatched quickly - thank you. However one item was incorrectly picked with the correct replacement sent out immediately - again thank you. I've rated 4/5 as the replacement item was slightly damaged in transit ( pollen filter squashed and misshaped.”
