“No issues with Opie Oils, the products sold, or the prices, but FedEx pretended they were unable to deliver stating the customer was unavailable, which is rubbish as I was in all day, then just didn't bother with an attempt to deliver until 2 days later. I'm in no rush and delivery was free, so I'm not complaining, but if I needed something in a hurry then I'd probably go to ECP. Oh, and the this way up sign on the box? Yep, ignored by FedEx.”

“My order was initially delayed because only half of the oil (2x 5l) was in stock. I was made aware of this but it was unclear when the full order would be available. After I saw that the litre bottles were still in stock and speaking on the phone it was agreed to split into litre containers to make up the volume. Ok no problem there. When the order arrived however there was an oil filter missing. Staff were very friendly as helpful but it was just a lot of issues for a small order. Would have been better if the litre bottle solution was identified by staff and the oil filter wasn't missed out. Again, staff responsiveness and attitude was great but just quite an effort on my part to get some oil and a filter and took a few days more than it should”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I would like extend our sincerest apologies for this situation. We appreciate what you are saying regarding the switch between the 5ltr to 1ltrs, unfortunately this cannot be done all the time simply due to the purchase costs are higher in 1ltrs to the 5ltrs. In most cases it is not financially viable for us to do so as we have our prices as competitive and as low as possible. However given the situation with the stock discrepancy for 1 of the 2 5ltrs you had ordered we had covered this cost difference. We also apologise for the picking error. Recently we have hired a few new members are staff during this busy period and given the fast pace environment the warehouse work in sadly this is the case of human error. To conclude we understand your disappointment in this situation but rest assured this is not the norm and we hope you will use us again the future. Kindest regards, Sam
