“Ordered 3 x 5 litres of Mobil 1 5 - 30 ESP - would have been delighted if someone had pointed out that I could have had 4 x 4 litres + 1 extra litre (5 litres) for the same price. My fault , didn’t notice the offer.”

Not only had we approved the return of an order that was from last year because you had ordered the incorrect oil but we also assisted you by taking on the work to get the old order collected from you. Because the order was too old, we provided you with a monetary value discount code to use for your next order, this order. We are unsure what more we could have done to assist. “While concurring with the positive reviews of Opie on here - good stock/prices etc - I was a tad concerned that my order, dated 25th April, was not actually dispatched until the 30th, some 5 days later. As all ordered items were shown as in stock when ordering, I am puzzled as to the delay. Perhaps some kind person on here will respond?”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look into this for you and although we appreciate that the estimates given may seem long, we have dispatched & delivered within the estimates provided on the order confirmation. In most cases we hold the stock in our warehouse, however some items come to us directly from the supplier. We also incorporate live stock feeds which show stock availability from both of our storage facilities. The dispatch estimates are what we give to customer to inform them of order dispatch and delivery windows. We do offer priority shipping which is quicker than the usual dispatch times, unfortunately this was not selected and left us on a FedEx standard service. Regards, Sam
