“Have used Opie previously for classic car oils etc & has become go "go to" source. Strange to say I bought 3 x 150ml fuel additives for less than a 250ml fancy bottle cost! Maybe a false economy as the additive has a life of 2 years from manufacture date...”

“Appreciated the e-mails from yourself informing me of your acceptance of the order and then its dispatch and anticipated time of arrival by Royal Mail which was perhaps a little slower than their orginally stated time of delivery but not outrageously so. They said Saturday am and it arrived Monday afternoon. A minor quibble.”

“Really happy with OPIE Oils. Much better prices than many other vendors. You also don’t have to stand in branch for 45 minutes waiting for your order! I am a full supporter of OPIE Oils. Great prices, excellent website that is easy to navigate. Superb selection of oils, many far better brands than what is offered by local vendors also. Delivery was good, what more could you want? I will be returning.”

“Bought 5l of Petronas Syntium 3000AV, which was delivered very promptly, and leak-free. My only concern was that the VW502 approval that I was looking for wasn't listed on the container, but did appear on Opie's description, and on the (rather blurry) image on their website. A phone call sorted the matter out, with the person I spoke to - didn't catch his name unfortunately - taking the time to lead me through some of the vagaries of manufacturers' approvals.”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Looking into this for you, the order was dispatched ahead of schedule and then delivered the next day. I cannot see any cancellations on the tracking and you would have received emails from ourselves and FedEx. Sadly the three star review given, we feel does not accurately reflect on our performance and what has happened. Regards, Sam
