“Good experience in the past, however, with this occasion, I'm very disappointed because I had to reschedule the car service appointment because the product never arrived...ordered on the 7th, still not received it yet (13th), FedEx the carrier couldn't fix the issue yet..so overall not happy with my last experience...my order still missing.”

“A good service. Ordered some bike engine oil. This arrived quickly, but the wrong type. Easily done, as brand has several similar. Quick call to Harry, who resolved the problem straight away, correct item arrived priority delivery and organised a free return of the incorrect item. Really impressive customer service, will be using again”

“I read a lot of forums about varying oils, types and makers, but there was a theme and that was may users suggested to ask Opie. So, based on the suggestions I contacted Opie and I am glad I did, very helpful staff and willing to help with my query. I was so pleased and suprised by the helpfuness and professionalism that I pplaced an order. I do not work for, nor am I associated with Opie but if you have a query or are in the line for oil, I highly recommend Opie. I have become a new custoemr but I will be returning in the future. Thnak you everyone at Opie oils.”
