“great service from Opie oils as always , hugely let down by fed ex package left out in public view upside down and disintegrating with contents leaking , also was supposed to be delivered on tuesday no attempt made until friday , tracking package at one time it was checked in 25 miles from, next check 235 miles away , then back to 60 miles away and took 3 days to get from there ,”

“The product Motul 5100 oil & brake cleaner are top products at a very good price. However, the service received from Fedex was very very poor, I asked for the parcel to redirected, which they did, no notifications of delivery, app kept stating it was at the depot, in the end after visiting the depot I was I informed it was at delivery point & had been for 3 days!! Thier bar code had not registered delivery. After providing proof of purchase, passport & driving licence the garage released the parcel to me. Opie service let down by poor delivery.”

“Good products at fair prices, dispatch/delivery is not as spot on as it once was maybe a sign of the times. Had email saying it was dispatched and a delivery date which was great, nice and quick. Sadly the day it was due for delivery I had another email saying it was dispatched again? So all maintenance plans had to be changed.”
