“Normally very good as I deal in person usually. Because they no longer do a bit of discount if you collect in person I decided I'd have everything posted this time seeing as I'd be paying for it anyway. Package arrived heavily damaged, the bottom was completely open. Completely unacceptable. I'd ordered approximately 25l of different oils so it would have been prudent to use two boxes rather than one big one that fell apart.”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry to hear about this damaged delivery. I can see that you had ordered 21ltrs of oil, of varied sizes between 1ltr, 4ltr and 5ltrs bottles. The boxes we use to ship out orders are able to hold up to 25kg~ in one parcel. Sadly this is the fault of the courier and not ours. We appreciate that we shipped out the package, however the lack of due care & poor handling resulted in the damaged parcel.
