“Ordered four spark plugs and they came to in great time. Turns out my motorcycle needs two off one length and two at a shorter length. The guys were really helpful and I ordered two correct ones and got refunded the two I didn’t need. Great seamless service. Thank you.”

Thanks for the review. I can see your order was delivered next day. As no-one was in the driver delivered to your neighbour. Looking back through the emails, we were only stating that Fedex would not go and pick up the parcel from your neighbour as it is in their contract. We apologise for any inconvenience.

“Nothing wrong withe product range or the pricing. It’s consistently a problem with damage during delivery. Once my tins of oil were dented, not as bad as last time but still damaged. They weren’t leaking but I didn’t pay out to receive something that looked as if it was second hand!!”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the damage to your order. We are constantly looking at different ways to package metal tins. We are currently trialling a new solution but it sounds like this may have not been used on your order. I do apologise for this.
