“Normally a very good service but this time you were let down by FedEx. They said in an email that they could not deliver because no one was in to receive the parcel. They also said that they had left a card explaining this. Not true. Somebody was here all day. Eventually the parcel was left on Friday when no one was here. So why could they do it on the Friday and not Thursday? I think that the driver for some reason did not attempt the delivery on Thursday. Thank you for asking I did ring up customer services to explain the situation.”

“Opie has always been good for me but it would be nice if returning customers would be given a discount as this would ensure constant customer buying power. In contrast, if I see, for example, oil cheaper by a few pounds I will buy from that source, this seems a problem with most companies that loyalty is not rewarded, thus making less profit.”
