Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the delay with your delivery. Unfortunately it appears that the courier was not able to facilitate a delivery the Friday before the bank holiday, possibly due to an internal delay in the depot. Looking into the order, the delivery was however, completed within the delivery estimates as shown on the order confirmation. Hello, thank you for your feedback. We would like to firstly apologise sincerely for the picking error. I can see that you did reach out to our customer service team who have resolved this issue promptly. Regarding the delivery issue, the parcel was dispatched on the 2nd May and then delivered the next day on the 3rd. Furthermore regarding the delivery it was on time as the delivery estimates state between 3rd-8th May. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Sam

“Customer service is good but the delivery cost is high. I am staying in Malaysia and have been buying oil from OPIE for a number of years. Could OPIE look at an alternative/cheaper shipment cost? I would purchase more items if the shipping is more favourable. Thank you in advance.”

Hi, Sorry about that, but we offer what we can with couriers. Because of what we sell, a lot of couriers won't carry most of it. You also need to have good numbers of parcels to get a good rate, so if we offered multiple courier options, the numbers of parcels with each courier would be low, pushing the prices up. With some of our customers who are overseas, they arrange their own courier to come and collect from us. Regards Tim
