“Very competitive price for Classic XL especially when buying 2x 1 gallon cans for free delivery. Cans came in tight fitting 'airbags' that protect very well. Only issue I had was with FedEx who messaged me to say delivery between 8.10 - 12.10. Package arrived 16.03! They messaged me just before delivery. Waisted my day!”

“First class customer service, a superb company. I was looking for a particular grease for my Morgan. Telephoned Opie and spoke to a very helpful gentleman. He took the order and said it would be dispatched the same day. Later on had an email from Royal Mail saying it would be delivered on Wednesday morning. From order to delivery in the far north of Scotland in less than 48 hrs. Fantastic service, especially given such a small value order. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Obviously they believe in that rather old fashioned notion that the customer is very important. Thank you Opie Oils.”

“My review is not referring to the business Opie Oils,but the courier service. The package was at first according to tracking,attempted to be delivered in Ramsbottom, over ten miles from the actual address stated. It was then successful delivered to the Nelson address the following day.”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look into your order and sadly on one day the courier had tried to deliver, however no one was available at the time. The parcel was then delivered succesfully the next working day. We apologise on behalf of fedex for the error that shows half the correct address for you and the other half as being the fedex delivery depot. They have been made aware of this error and are working to eliminate this problem which is causing confusion amongst their end users. We do appreciate that this is not a fault of ours but we would like to again apologise on their behalf for any inconvenience caused.
