Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the picking error in the warehouse. We are all human and unfortunately mistakes can happen. I can see the order was resent as soon as we were made aware. The second order was delivered correct, however you had ordered the incorrect oil. As a goodwill gesture we arranged for the incorrectly ordered oil to be collected and the correct specification of oil delivered.
