“Generally happy with Opie Oils but both metal cans of oil in the package were badly buckled at the bottom. This was also true of the last order I received from Opie Oils. It is not known if this occurred in transit or before dispatch. The cans have not leaked but I am not happy that I have paid full price for oil in badly damaged cans.”

Hello, thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear about the condition of the tins that have been delivered. We are relieved that they have not leaked. We have invested in many different ways to protect tins in transit, however tins of oil are very easy to crumple and dent during transit especially if they are not handled with care. I can assure you that we would not have dispatched damaged goods. For any damaged goods we have or received from suppliers these are either returned back to them or sold on our ebay store at a reduced price. I am sorry if you have experienced previous issues with us before, looking into your customer record I cannot see any problems that have been bought to our attention going back past 2020. “Very happy with deal and great advice on technical info for these more advanced engines we drive now. I dont think garages can carry the various different types of oils for all the different car specs. Thats why i do my own oil changes. Gone are the days of 20/50 in everything its more precise now. Well done Opie we never stop learning.”

“Dropped this one right on the guys at Opie late afternoon on Thursday last week. I needed the oil for the service on my car which was on the Saturday morning at the main dealership. (I always choose and supply the oil) Problem was I forgot to order it so called Opie in a panic!! They moved heaven and earth to help me and came through, my oil arrived the next day on the Friday morning. Service and price is unbeatable with these guys, I cannot thank them or praise them enough, 10/10 or better in my opinion.”
