Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to see the dented tins that have been delivered but are relieved that they have not leaked. We have invested in many different ways to protect tins in transit, however tins of oil are very easy to crumple and dent during transit. Hello Simon, We apologise for this picking error and as discussed we have resent the correct oil and arranged a collection at our expense for the incorrect item. Unfortunately like in all walks of life there is always a chance of human error, sadly during picking your order the incorrect grade was picked up and boxed.
