“Great range of products always well priced and used many times over the years. Only disappointment this time was the exceptionally high delivery charge for 'highlands and islands'. This resulted in me having to get the order delivered to a family members address just 10 minutes from my own. I understand extra charges for truly remote areas but when a mail distribution center is 2 minutes and a large city 15 minutes from an address it doesn't sit right. Otherwise delivery was fast and well packaged as always.”
