“The delivery date was not kept (it was a day late) although I waited in. Also, although my doorbell is working the parcel was left at my front door without the delivery person ringing the bell, and I only found the parcel several hours later when I just happened to open the front door and found it. The parcel could have stayed there for several days as I usually leave the house in my car and go out through the garage and not the front door. Could you please ensure that the delivery firm you use ring a doorbell. Mine is clearly marked on the front door.”
