Hello, thank you for your feedback. Looking into your order, it was ordered over the weekend when we were closed and the shipping service selected was the free standard UK shipping with FedEx. We do offer the choice of priority dispatch, this was not selected. The order was then dispatched and delivered on time as shown during checkout and once the order was placed via the order confirmation email. Although we appreciate and welcome all feedback, we feel that this rating is unfair as we have worked within the given timeframe. Nevertheless, we appreciate your time and your feedback. “Great selection of fluids. My order was for 2 litres of oil and a large container of coolant. The items were not secured within the well taped up box and consequently the items had bumped around and the coolant had been squash punctured in transit and had leaked. In summary, could do better with internal packing”

“Normally (but not always) have everything I want in stock. Packaging a bit below standard on this delivery - oil and cabin pollen filters both crushed in transit, but still usable.”

“Bmw 530d n57 service pack. 8ltrs (1ltr spare) petronas fully synthetic oil. Bosch oil filter, funnel, gloves, oil wipes....all delivered for £57 in 3 days. What's not to like. Superb service. 10/10.”
