Hello James, thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look into this and at the time of the order you were warned throughout the checkout that the item was out of stock with no current dispatch estimate. We had then contacted you to update you on the restocking estimate. Once the stock arrived, within the given dates, your order was dispatched and delivered the next working day. We had initiated the communication and spoken with you throughout the process. We had also fulfilled our promise to get this delivered ontime. “The Duckhams oil I wanted was out of stock but they told me it would be available within a few weeks, so I ordered it and it came as promised after 2 weeks, and at a mich better price than the stockists were quoting, so as they were all about 20 miles from me and the oil was delivered to my door, it was a good result!”
