“Customer service at Opie is very good, and delivery via FedEx also good. Fast changing discounts can cause problems for both the supplier and the customer, and more stable competitive pricing is less of a hassle and may induce greater loyalty. Lastly, you've sent me a host of "product reviews". It's easier to review stuff down the line when it's been tried and tested, particularly racing oils which can take a season or two to fully evaluate. So sorry, I'm not ready to do those at the moment.”

“These guys stock a good range of oils and their customer service is excellent. I had a chat with one of their representatives about technical issues relating to viscosity of fork oil. They were able to supply the correct viscosity oil from Motul as the original Showa oil was no longer available.”
