“I ordered on a Wednesday morning and paid £10 for next day deleivery as I needed the prodcuts for Saturday. They were not dispacthed untill the Friday afternoon, and delvierd on the Monday. When it arrived the box was batterd and was not sealed (photo attached) thankfully all of my items were there.”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about this situation. I have taken a look into this and your order was dispatched on the 5th of April and delivered on the 8th April which was completed on time and as shown on the order confirmation and receipt. The rating given for this, we feel is unfair and inaccurate. Regarding the the condition of the parcel we can appreciate that is sadly not in greatest condition and has had been handled quite heavily to cause the tape to come away from the cardboard lips. We will bring this to our warehouse's team to increase the amount of tape used to seal the box to avoid this in the future. We may not agree with the rating given for the shipping but nevertheless we do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Sam

“Getting quality fully synthetic two stroke oil locally is becoming a bit of a problem and the stuff I did manage to find cost a small fortune. So when an old friend of mine recommended Opie I decided to give them a try. I was on a short timescale before a road trip but it arrived on time, well packed and for a decent price. The screen price looked cheap but by the time P&P was included, it was around the price I've been paying in the shop (when it is available of course) Will definitely use again.”

“Very happy with the delivery packaging and the quality of oils received. Seems that the oils were not held in storage to gather loads of dust like other suppliers that I've used before. I intend to order from Opie Oils again for my next 6 month / 3000 mile service interval.”
