“Sent two pairs of faulty slippers. Sent 2 emails and rang twice before any support to return faulty items.
Was told they would pick up, but items have not been picked up.

“I am not happy with the shoe colour. I only wore it one day and its colour faded off I contacted customer service and sent back my shoes but haven't heard anything from them. They didn't reply back to my emails as well haven't refunded me.”

“I found my Mary Janes very uncomfortable. After wearing them around the house to wear them in a bit I wore them out to a restaurant 10 minutes walk away. By the time I got home again my feet were quite lacerated. For me they have just been a waste of money.”

“Lovely boots but to narrow I brought a size bigger than normal as I had read they came up small.They were then still too tight so had to return them.The shop is lovely and the quality is good but in the occasion they were poor.”

“Very poor service. Ordered three pairs of slippers, one of which fell apart within a few days of wearing. Contacted customer service on 20/11 and they offered to send a returns label through the post to send the slippers back. Having chased today I am told they have 2 weeks to process my exchange from receipt so they would expect it to be processed in the next few days. Considering the product fell apart immediately, I would expect that faulty exchanges would be dealt with in a much more timely manner. Three weeks without having the product I paid for seems ridiculous.”

“Am I the only one with an unhappy review?? Started off very positive with the Seville sandals. So much so I purchased a number of pairs. Unfortunately of the six pairs ordered three pairs were faulty. All with the same issue. The right foot was much smaller than the left and I couldn’t get my big toe through the toe post. I have small feet. I even measured the leather. Customer services were helpful but failed miserably as they even sent out a replacement pair that also had to be returned with the same problem. This is a serious quality control issue. While they were happy to process a full refund (one month later) there was no apology. VERY disappointing as they’ve not been able to provide me with the black pair I wanted. Not sure if I can ever bring myself to buy from them again.”
