“I really like Moshulu footwear however I was furious about the price. I bought these online in black (along with a second pair of a different style which I kept). I decided that I’d prefer them in brown and saw you could return them to a store so popped into the Ringwood branch. I exchanged them for the brown ones and the sales assistant said she would need to arrange a refund on the black ones then recharge for the same style in brown. What she failed to say was that the shop ones would be £14 more (£140) than if I’d exchanged them online (at £126). It wasn’t until I looked at my credit card refund compared to the price she’d charged me and realised this discrepancy. I think that is poor customer service and I felt cheated. It should have been made clear to me at the time or preferably shouldn’t have happened at all.”
