“Very poor service. Ordered three pairs of slippers, one of which fell apart within a few days of wearing. Contacted customer service on 20/11 and they offered to send a returns label through the post to send the slippers back. Having chased today I am told they have 2 weeks to process my exchange from receipt so they would expect it to be processed in the next few days. Considering the product fell apart immediately, I would expect that faulty exchanges would be dealt with in a much more timely manner. Three weeks without having the product I paid for seems ridiculous.”

Also I recommended the site to someone else and the promised discount code has still not been sent and he has had to place his order without using it, so neither of us has had any benefit from my recommending Moshulu to a friend.”
