“Excellent service. Next day delivery, free delivery and free returns, what more can I ask for. Respond to emails about product queries extremely quickly. Best service I have had in a while. Good range of boots available in my size (15uk) highly recommended. When are you going to supply work boots to the uk market?”

“Bought Zephyr mid gtx size uk 13 boots . realy happy with the boots . customer service outstanding . was looking for mid height shoes couldnt find on website so went for Z8's . and then accidently found mid ones . made a call and they delt with in a minutes . canceled Z8's and bought lowa mid gtx . refund fallen in to my account within a dates . delivery realy fast .”

“Great service and quick delivery. The boots fit well and have a very sure footing on mud and wet stones. Feel lighter than my Salomon boots which they are replacing too early to say about the waterproofing but a much better sole. Laces do up well and are slightly elasticated which helps hold your foot well. Good well made boot mine being size 13 the local shops didn’t stock so ordered directly from Lowa UK which was not a problem.”

“I have previously had 4 pairs of Lowa boots and shoes. These have been purchased via different outlets but buying direct from Lowa was an absolute joy. Bought two different sizes and returned one which was effortless. Will be using them again! 10/10”

“Professional service from start to finish and James was very helpful and nice to deal with. We’re very happy with our boots, top quality, fit perfect straight out of the box, walked in the delightful wet and windy British weather no blisters and remained completely dry! So, so far so good!”

“A friend in the military first recommended them to me, and his words have proved true many times over: 'take care of your feet and they will take care of your knees, hips and back'. He pointed out that I spend all day on my feet, so maybe they were worth spending some money on. I have found Lowa to consistently over-deliver. They are just excellent bootmakers, and even though not the cheapest, offer fantastic value for money.”

“Hi, The renegade GTX that I bought for my partner have split on the front and now leak water and she gets wet feet every time we walk the dogs. Considering the price I did not expect this to happen after only 9 months use. I am looking for a returns policy to either get a replacement or a refund as they are not fit for purpose. However the boots I bought for myself the ranger 3 GTX have been solid and do not have any issues with these, would highly recommend these.”

“The shoes were a very reasonable price, delivered quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately, I had to them back as the size 4 (which is my normal size) was slightly too small for me. They did not have that colour in size 4 1/2. It was easy to drop them off at a local courier collection point and I have received an email from Lowa to say they have received them and will be refunding my original payment method. I would buy from Lowa again.”

“I have shopped around for good vegan walking boots lately and Lowa appear to be the only ones really getting it right. Good website, fast shopping, clear information and communication and returns was a breeze. They also seem to pay attention to the type and quantity of packaging. Brilliant!”
