“Seamless buying experience. My order was dispatched less than 24 hours after I placed it, and arrived the day after - and I was kept updated from the delivery service with the window for delivery. Love the boots, though the insoles aren't worth tuppence - I've replaced with something that actually has cushioning. I've done some miles in them, and so far they are still waterproof and comfortable, and very sturdy with great support (exactly what I needed).”

“Excellent quality - I've been buying them for years. Online sales service is superb - shoes arrived the following day and included a pre-printed return slip and instructions on arranging collection for return if they didn't fit - the best returns process I've come across. In this case there was no need for return as they are a perfect fit (Lowa do half sizes and 10.5 on their last is a better fit than size 11 on British lasts)”

“I recently ordered some replacement items for my wife's Lowa boots (new insoles and laces) and was very pleased with the shopping experience I had, firstly the price of the genuine items I found to be cheaper than at a well known shoe repairer on the high street, secondly the service and speed of the delivery was faultless and I would recommend anybody to use Lowa for any replacement items you may need.”

“Fits perfectly. I bought replacement ones because one of the original insoles started developing a hole in and started to be uncomfortable. The other one was in perfect condition. I’ve had them about 12 months and use them for long walks. I’ve been on a few longs walks but I was surprised that one of them was developing a hole in such a short amount of time if I’m honest but £10 with free postage for a perfect like for like replacement I really can’t complain!”

“Always wanted a pair of these , so far not disappointed, they are so light I hardly know I am wearing them, as I wanted 10.5 I went to Lowa directly and received them in good time , I am so impressed I am going to buy the same in another colour”

“I returned my boots as they were they weren't quite the right fit. It was incredibly easy - the shop at the bottom of my road took the boots for the couriers to collect, and Lowa refunded me within the week. I received a personal email letting me know they had processed the refund. This was excellent service.”
