“I have cervical myelopathy due to injuries. This means I have a osteopathic growth that has distorted & almost flattened the spinal cord in the base of my head. I need boots that support & grip with good water resistance as if I slip or fall or get wet feet it could kill me. I struggle to walk & will get worse. So as you can see the urgency in good boots. I’ve tried various brands & all have let me down. 2 weeks ago I received after lots of research my Lowa Randir GRX MID. These are a new boot & update of the Renegade. The Renegade has been the best selling hiking boot on the planet for 20 years with less returns than any other company. For 2 weeks I have sloshed through mud & walked in streams in the north pennies & Cumbrian hills & fells. I have wanted to complain about them so I put them to the ultimate test. I’ve not had them off my feet for 2 weeks now living in my camper van with my fabulous dog Chase. I can safely say these boots are truly amazing. I have never worn anything that dose the job as good as these boots do. I now feel totally comfortable knowing I can trust these boots with do the job. With Lowa you seriously do get simply more ! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has feet. I love the lace system that keeps the tongue in place. My only complaint is the insole. I replaced mine with full gel insole & now they are even better. Well done Lowa. Ps. Not keen on the Renegade socks. I found them to thin.”

“First pair of boots I ordered were to small so I exchanged which was a seamless exchange with no additional charge for postage. The 2 mm xxx p pop air are a great fit especially with the choice of a wide fitting”

“I've used Lowa boots for years as they are incredibly comfortable, well made and last for ages. I had a problem with my latest paid after 11 months and after a few conversations with James from customer services I got mine replaced free of charge. So basically, the boots are fabulous, I have just bought a pair of Evo GTX hiking shoes too - incredibly comfortable already - and the customer service is great so what more can you ask for?”

“Purchased pair of Yukon Ice II boots for my daughter who is about to take a trip to the arctic circle so these needed to be warm and completely suitable to severe conditions. We are so pleased with this purchase and I know they will be ideal. Thank you Lowa!”

“My second pair. Comfortable from first step. I love these boots. But be warned. Two years average wear and waterproofing goes. I tried reviving my first pair fairly diligently before I gave in and bought a second pair. Can only recommend with this warning.”

“Bought these for my wife it’s her second pair of Lowa boots and she is now fully converted. Comfortable boots straight out the box. Great fit very lightweight, hard wearing soles and uppers and gortex the best boots ever.”

“My son and I have bought several pairs of Lowa over the last ten years because of the quality and, more importantly, the outstanding comfort. I have a surgically-corrected equinovarus talipes so finding a single pair of boots compatible with both my feet has always been difficult; Lowa boots always fit perfectly with only a slight adjustment for my right foot. These are my second pair of Renegades. I wore the first pair to extinction (every day at work (truck driver) for three years) as it is virtually impossible to find safety boots for both feet. I have also had three pairs of Zephyrs, of which I'm still wearing a three year old pair. My son has had two pairs of Zephyrs and a pair of Ranger IIIs, which he swears by. I would thoroughly recommend Lowa boots for their quality and superior comfort.”
