“Have not tried my new Renegade G T X yet but as tis will be my 10th pair I have no doubt they will fit and be comfortable straight out of the box. My last pair did not last as long as previous pairs but given the horrendous abuse they suffered this year during the Covid crisis that is hardly surprising .I wear them at least twice a day in all weathers and in some pretty grim conditions , I LOVE MY BOOTS although the way I treat them sometimes you would doubt it.”

“Ordered online direct from Lowa and they arrived the next working day. Love these boots, so comfortable straight out of the box and have only got more so with use. The Camino GTX is not a cheap boot but well worth the money, the quality of the materials is evident as soon as you get them in your hand. Supple leather and great attention to detail with the lacing system so no matter how thick your socks are the boots remain comfortable. I've walked a 100 or so miles so far in all terrains and my feet have remained supported and dry, the soles give good grip in slippery conditions and very sure-footed on muddy terrain. I've worn Lowa boots for many years, these do not disappoint. Lowa sizing is consistent across the whole range, I can always order a UK 10.5 knowing it will fit me properly and being available in the half size ensures you get a fit that is right for you”

“We cannot praise you enough for your service. My wife found her last pair of your walking boots extraordinarily comfortable and was distraught when one of the pair was no longer waterproof after many years of use. She was thrilled to find an almost identical pair on your website and placed an order the same afternoon. “The good - hiking boots arrived quickly, in good condition and were exactly as described. The fit is great and the quality can't be faulted. The bad - The first boots I ordered ended up being the wrong size. Most likely caused by my requested size not being available and the online system defaulting to a different size that was not picked up during check out as the font size being too small to raise my concerns. Customer service was excellent and the issue was rectified quickly, politely and without any quibbling. Overall - a happy experience.”

“from the start the boots fitted well , have worn them every day since April we are now the end of Dec 2020 . a little concerned about a place on the outer front of the left boot the leather is showing cracks a seam seems to be opening up but keep putting lots of your excellent black boot cream all over the boots”

“Purchased to use for dog walking and 10-15 mile hikes on all terrains. Purchased specifically as they are a narrow fit. Perfect for narrow foot. They were comfortable from the start, a little stiff from newness but, after just 4 days consecutive wear they are really comfy. There is still a little movement in the heel but I need to adjust the way I tie laces, a minor adjustment. Tested in mud, rain and wet grasses and, so far, they have been excellent. They are really light, lighter than my previous boots which i had thought were very lightweight. These boots dont hang onto the mud so now my trousers dont come home caked upto the knees and that means they are also easy to hose off. My previous boots had deep cleats which held the mud. So far, I am extremely happy with boots, time will tell if they are worth the high end price.”

“Had the renegade gtx low's for a week, so far... best shoes ive ever owned, worth every penny, there nothing more practical for anything life has to throw at you, than these shoes. They are stylish to. Love the way they look and feel, and I'm 22 not an old fogy with no fashion sense :) I will be living in these through the winter/spring months. Highly recommend, you cant get better quality, its clear to see, I'm sure these will last a long time :)”

“Great product, made in Europe instead of the Far East and can be purchased direct instead of Amazon. A great selection of various boots all of good quality. You get what you pay for. The pre-printed return label And the return process very good and easy to use.”
