“DPD delivery company - Terrible customer service absolute nightmare to get hold of DPD, missing parcel, DPD did not leave in my secure location. It took five days to make contact with them. When I finally got through to a human being, they told me to contact the company I make my purchased from. Lowa - I purchased the boots from, equally disappointing customer service. They do not have a replacement boot, they suggested alternatives which are more expensive. They are still looking into DPD missing parcel, they claim that they cannot access records of my safe place for delivery. DPD STATE YES THEY CAN. DPD confirms the driver did not leave in MY safe location. I feel as though I’m just going round in circles with the both of them. Extremely disappointed. I have no Boots. I was due to go away on a hiking weekend so this was totally spoilt.. NO BOOTS NO HIKING, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. This is my second pair of lowa boots the first pair leaked after one 2 day hiking trip. I should’ve followed my instincts and not have given them a second chance. Lesson learnt. I will now be seeking a refund through my credit card company. This company has caused me nothing but hassle. Please be warned.”

“Excellent boots, my third pair! I am a keen walker but also farm on the hills of Dartmoor and wear my boots every day so they take a real pounding. Ordering was straightforward and quick only slight issue was that there was only one colour available.”

“I love my Lowa walking trainers and wear them frequently. After several years I needed to replace the laces. I contacted Lowa and they confirmed that I could buy replacement laces on their website. The original laces on my Lowa trainers were about 100cm or a little less. However, the minimum length of laces on the Lowa website was 110cm. I bought a pair of the laces for £6 and the delivery service was very good. Unfortunately, the replacement laces are too long and I have to tie double bows to enjoy to avoid tripping over trailing laces. I think that Lowa should stock replacement laces of the same length as the laces in the footwear that they sell.”

“Lowa boots are brilliant, good value, comfortable and last year's so long as you look after them, I loved My Lowa mountain boots so much I bought a second pair and even had a third LOWA ZEPHYR MK2 GTX pair of boots, can't fault any of them, they are tough and comfortable!”
