“This is my second pair of lowa boots, Had the first pair 15 year and they are still great boots, I've bought the second pair as a treat for myself it's my 50th birthday, lowa boots are the best so if you want good quality footwear look no further than Lowa 10/10”

“I purchased a pair of Innox Evo GTX mens hiking shoes. Arrived with crease across toe material left hand side and faulty lining at toe region. Returned for refund. Second pair ordered at same time. This time again a crease across left hand toe side (different to previous) and gaping around lace holes on both shoes - the material did not lay flat. Returned for refund. Very disappointing quality control. Very disappointing in view of other reviews. I will not try again. The returns were easy. That was the good part.”

“Everything is perfect, except delivery. That day I was at home all the day. The delivery man did not show up. Then I got a message, that since I was not at home, the parcel was dropped at the nearest delivery point. I believe it's just not fair and spoils customers' experience.”

“The shoes are really good, lightweight and well-crafted. Mine were the wrong size, so I haven't checked the waterproofing. The returns system worked in the end ( my prepaid returns slip was not in the box).”
