“Lowa customer service has been outstanding. I had a damaged pair of hiking shoes that started to come apart at the sole after a few months. I spoke with James King (who has been nothing short of amazing) who had a replacement pair in the post within a few days. I use Lowa a lot and this is the prime reason why; outstanding customer service.”

“I'm a big fan of Lowa boots. Had the Lowa Mountain Boot for many years which have carried me hundreds of miles all over the Welsh and Scottish mountains with not one blister or soggy sock! Indeed I have worn the soles to almost slicks. So time to purchase some new boots. I dropped the team at Lowa an email late in the day to ask for advice on the current line of boots available and credit to the service I had a response first thing the next day full of helpful info which had been personally typed (not a lazy copy and paste from a brochure). Full marks for service. Based on this info I purchased a pair of Ranger III GTX and I am pleased to say the quality of build and fit is still first class. Have not had chance to use these boots properly yet but they feel comfy and bullet proof out of the box. Looking forward to many more years of happy dry feet out in the wildernees!”

“Ordered Renegade GTX Low Wide, both size 11 and 11.5 to compare. 11.5 is the better fit, quality of shoes and Lowa service is excellent - as is the free returns process which means different shoe sizes can effectively be tried on. Expensive, but extremely comfortable so hope to get a good few years service. Top notch.”
