“Easy payment and ordering system. You also sent an extra pair of boots as the delivery provider failed to pick up and deliver my boots in the specified time frame and as I was going away sent an additional pair for me to pick up at my end location. I have sent the spare pare back for you. Thank you for trusting me! Shame it took so long for them to come back into stock.”
