“Can’t fault the customer service as they gave me 25% off for a charity walk I’m doing, however the boots I was originally recommended are no longer produced in a 7 or 7.5 , do you do a custom fit for people with exceptionally wide feet. The others I tried were not wide enough either However I’m ex Army and have had Lowa boots before fantastic boots , but you accommodated people with wider sizes in these All. In all still can’t knock this company Altberg who also do boots for the military offered me nothing in regards to a discount for a charitable event , which. I might add was stated it was partly for a military charity, thank you James”

“My husband loves his LOWA shoes, so I decided to try them, too and they didn't disappoint. Although I haven't worn them yet, but you can tell just by trying them on, that they will be the perfect pair for winter!”

“I ordered the Lowa explorer gtx boots direct. They arrived very quickly and well packaged. They are lightweight and look to be very well made. Unfortunately I had to return both sizes as they are a very narrow fit. I normally wear a standard width. Such a shame ☹️”

“I was looking for some new boots for an upcoming trip to climb Kilimanjaro for the StrongMen Charity - One of the team recommended the Renegade GTX. After a bit of research, I decided to order a pair. I went for the Renegade 100 GTX Limited Edition version (I loved the look!) and tried them out on (what turned out to be) a very wet weekend in the Peak District! The boots did not let me down. They were comfortable and supportive, and my feet were dry despite the weather and boggy conditions. Very happy with my purchase and I believe they will be perfect for my trek to the to of Kilimanjaro in October (2024)”

“I now have an arthritic big toe. My renegade boots are the only footwear that I am comfortable in, so I hoped the shoes would be the same and they are. Very comfortable so pleased I bought them.”

“Purchased this boots within 2 days insoles backings parted contacted Lowa sales which while I was walking coast path on Devon Items were needed posted a replacement pair but after 3 weeks walking left boot gore - tex fabric started splitting next to toe joints refunded me in full poor quality made boots not recommended”

“I have worn Lowa for 15 years as after a medical procedure they are one of the few boots I can wear. Sadly with design changes, such as the desert boot, I am going to have to look for a new manufacturer as I cannot wear these new designs as they cause pain.”
