“I CAN NOT FAULT ORDERING, DELIVERY, RETURNS & SPEED OF REFUND - WOULD GIVE 5 STARS FOR AN EXCELLENT SERVICE & WOULD ORDER FROM THE SITE AGAIN. HOWEVER, THE ORDERED LOWA RENEGADE 'WIDE FIT' BOOTS - NOT SO MUCH. I CANNOT RECOMMEND AS A 'WIDE' FIT BOOT AS ADVERTISED ON WEBSITE. THE FOOTBED WIDTH IN THE RENEGADE FELT NARROWER THAN MY 'REGULAR' WIDTH FIT OLD MEINDL BOOTS. I SHOULD HAVE PAID MORE ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS CITING THIS PROBLEM. THEREFORE ONE STAR. THE QUALITY OF THE RENEGADE BOOTS WAS EXCELLENT, JUST NOT THE FIT.”

“Always been pleased with all my Lowa purchases , have been for over 2 decades , I only wear my Lowa boots unless going to a wedding or funeral , drives my wife crazy but my feet love me and my Lowas .”

“I buy Lowa because; great boots and outdoor shoes, and they provide the right arch support for my feet. Have tried other well known brands, but in my opinion they don’t compare to the comfort and quality of Lowa.”

“I have a bunion on my one foot so finding wider fit boots is difficult. I didn’t keep these boots as the fit was slightly snug. I needed a pair quickly so went for Meindl which I have had before. However, I will give Lowa a try next time as they are well priced and very well made.”

“Ordered 3 sizes and returned the 2 pairs that did not fit for free. Refunded within 3 days. Excellent customer experience. I did need a size up then usual but this is normal with goretex-lined boots.”

“I've been wearing Lowa shoes and boots for several years now, I find their products to be comfortable, hard wearing and well-made. Their customer service is also exceptional. I recently had an issue with a pair of boots, which they replaced immediately. They are a quality brand manufacturing high quality products and I highly recommend them.”

“Have now used these for 6 days' walking. Was worried about breaking in a new pair of boots but it was absolutely no problem. Comfortable and good support. The walking was in extremely wet conditions and my feet remained completely dry throughout. Early days but very impressed so far.”
