“** Edit to my original review** My first tube of Lowa Active Creme arrived flattened and leaking but that was no fault of Lowa and down to the way it was handled in the post. I mentioned it on a review and James from Lowa went out of his way to replace the item which arrived well packaged this morning. Top class customer service and, as always a brilliant product. Will definitely shop with Lowa again and thank you !!”

“I purchased a pair of boots which were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately they did not fit. I emailed the site to discuss as the pair I wanted were no longer available. I spoke with Tim, he was fab!!! He informed me that these boots were sold out and would not be getting any more sizes in. I explained what I needed the boots for and he actually spent his time to talk me through his recommendation which was very much appreciated. I have now ordered another pair with the help of Tim and I'm looking forward to receiving them. Thank you again.”

“I had my last pair of Lowa walking boots for 12 years, military Lowa boots for a good 10 years so it’s safe to say that I love their boots. I’ve just purchased a pair of Zephyr GTX Mid Ws. So far they are feeling good. I hope they last as long as the last pair - they will be used for work, the school run, walking. They get a lot of use.”

“Fantastic service from James at LOWA UK who answered all my questions, including photographing one of the boots I was interested in so I could check whether the colour online was correct. Meindl.de’s service on the other hand, who made the other product I was interested in, really was useless and they quickly fell off my shortlist. Delivery was prompt and although I can’t yet comment on the Renegade GTX Mid’s durability, the quality of manufacture looks superb.”

“I only bought a pair of laces so there's not a lot I can say ... The (free) delivery was very quick and they were the cheapest I could find for genuine Lowa laces. The laces work.”

“I was really looking forward to trying on the lowa GTX after reading so many fantastic reviews. They are very well built but narrow in fitting, I brought a size up but they are still narrow. I’ve worn them around the house trying to decide if they’ll break in enough for me to be comfortable. I think they will so I’ve kept them. I haven’t been on a walk yet so I can’t comment on how they perform. Unfortunately I wasn’t immediately blown away by their comfort but maybe my expectations were too high.”
