“I have a AA narrow fitting and struggle to find specialist footwear. This was one of the very few available. Others go on about lacing them up differently or wearing thick socks but anyone with narrow feet knows this is a bad option. The boots fitted well and I have only walked 6 miles in them so far but no blisters! Unusual for me! Only available in one colour way in narrow but as they say beggars can't be choosers...”

“I’ve had a lot of lowa boots over the years , in a different life , and always found them to be well made , comfortable and long lasting, I’m hoping these will be the same ( can’t replace the soles ) . Fit is great ! Light and and easy adjustment of the lacing system made these a good choice, I really like them !”

“Spent a long time looking for the right pair of boots to suit my purpose. Severely pronated arches can makes walking painful so a stiff sole and good ankle support is paramount. First walk in these boots was 9 miles and could not have been better. The most comfortable pair of boots I have had. Lowa service impeccable. Ordered on a Saturday delivered following Tuesday. Brilliant”

“My old pair of Lowa boots lasted me 10 years. With the new pair, however, after less than 2 years, the sole separated from the leather leaving a sizable tear. I wrote to the customer service of Lowa UK and, even if the boots were not in warranty anymore, they sent me a new pair free of charge! Very nice.”

“I have found the customer service from Lowa UK, to be amazing. I can honestly say I have never had better customer care. I telephoned and spoke to a member of staff for advice on the sizing for Lowa walking boots and the fit, as in whether they come up wide or small compared to other boots. The advice was brilliant and staff were incredibly polite and knowledgable. I ordered a pair of the Renegade boots and received them the next day. Unfortunately they weren’t a great fit, so I telephoned again and the staff recommended the next size up rather than a wider fit. So I ordered another pair but larger. I returned first pair of boots via the free returns and received updates and a refund two days later and the new pair arrived the same day. The new pair fit perfectly thank you. I highly recommend the boots and Lowa UK and will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“I am on my third pair of Lowa Renegades. They are instantly comfortable, offer a wide-fitting option, and are long-lasting. They are relatively expensive but worth the premium. The delivery process could have been better tracked.”

“Very quick service from the web store. Amazing boots. These are my second pair… Took forever to wear through the soles on my first pair, but the rest of the boot was perfect. This time I bought boots with replaceable soles. I’ll be surprised if these die before I do!”
