“I’ve had my previous pair of Lowa Renegade for over 10 years, after lots of use in that time they needed replacing. They are comfortable, sturdy and have been so good that I don’t think you could get anything better for the price so I bought another pair, just different colour. The new pair seem to be as good as the first.”

“Bought GTX Mid W to replace my previous trusted Lowa boot. Delivery via UPS was great - clear and accurate updates on progress and quick delivery time. Made a mistake on size - returns process is simple and efficient - return also UPS tracked. And actually a customer service where you ring them and they actually pick up! Correct boot delivered promptly and refund issued. Very happy with purchase and hope they last as long as my previous Lowa boots.”

“I purchased a Pair of Lowa's about 2 years ago now, however Amazon shipping somehow lost them in transit, and then they went out of Stock. Lowa's customer service sent me a really nice personal email so i was always planning on re-buying when I could. received them the other week and they fit me perfect and feel really good quality. Bought them because of the nice customer service but will likely buy again thanks to the quality, I am a tall skinny dude with weird ass shaped feet so finding a pair that fit so well and don't rub badly is brilliant.”

“I've always struggled to find footwear that is wide enough. I recently purchased the Renegade GTX (W) Wide 9.5 and have since worn them non-stop. My feet are comfortable, my ancles supported and I even have room to wiggle my toes. Thank you LOWA!”

“Hi guys, I can say nothing but good things about the experience I've had with Lowa. Ordered my boots on a Saturday afternoon, but realised when I checked through my emailed invoice I had ordered the wrong size ? Arrrrrrah ! On realising MY mistake I immediately emailed Lowa explaining what I had done & was prepared to follow this up with a phone call on Monday morning (as Lowa keep office hours). Monday comes around & at about 8.50 am, a gentleman by the name of James King emailed me informing me he'd recieve my email & have told the powers at be to change the size of boot ordered. This to me was great service, as I actually started worrying that my original email went nowhere & have to go through the whole thing of sending them back? But this wasn't the case thanks to James...he did exactly what he said he was going to do & I received my boots on the Tuesday....Marvelous service !”

“I bought a pair of renegade boots about a year ago, I was very pleased with the fit so comfortably however they developed a fault, the leather split where it met the sole . I phoned James at lowa explained the problem a rare manufacturing fault. Within a week I had received a new pair . Great after sales service thanks John in Ilford”

“I bought a pair of Lowa Renegade GTX. They are the wide fitting and straight out of the box they fitted perfectly. This is the first pair of mid boots I have used and they have proved to be so comfortable. More importantly for a hiker of mature years they are so stable giving me high confidence in them even in the most difficult terrain. Conveniently, when they arrived they came with a return label in case they didn't fit or weren't as expected. Great service.”

“So far brilliant. Followed the sizing guide to measure feet and ended up going up a half size and for wide fitting. Result is a pair of boots with perfect fit. Been on a few long walks with zero issues out of the box. Very comfortable, dry and give a feeling of stability. Happy shopper.”
